Videos. Your own little screening room.

Pull out your iPhone wherever you are and watch your favorite movies, TV shows, and video podcasts. For hours and hours. The amazing 3.5-inch color widescreen is a really big deal. Your eyes will be glued to the Retina display. And incredible battery life means you don’t have to stop watching. And watching and watching.

iTunes.
Entertainment knows no end.

Shop the iTunes Store and choose from thousands of movies, TV shows, and video podcasts. Go big with Hollywood blockbusters or go small with indies. Download with a few taps and start watching.1 And if you love your TV shows, get a single episode or an entire season’s worth all at once.

Now playing. And pausing and stopping.

Your movie and video collection appears as poster art. Just swipe through them and tap what you want to play. You can browse chapters, pause, and stop. If you take a break, iPhone remembers where you left off.

The small screen on the big screen.

Share what’s on your iPhone with everyone in the room. With AirPlay, the movie or video on your iPhone streams to your HDTV via Apple TV over the same Wi-Fi network.2 AirPlay Mirroring is another way to share. It turns your HDTV into a bigger version of your iPhone — so what's playing on your iPhone is also playing on the big screen. You can stream movies, web videos, and more. Mirroring also works via Apple TV. And if you don't have an Apple TV or access to Wi-Fi, just connect your iPhone to your HDTV with a Digital AV Adapter or VGA Adapter (sold separately).

iTunes in the Cloud.
All-access entertainment.

Once you download a movie or TV show from iTunes, you always have access to it, no matter which device you’re using. Say you bought the latest season of your favorite drama series on your computer but wish you had it on your iPhone for a long plane ride. You can view your purchase history in the iTunes app and tap to download the episodes you want straight to your iPhone via Wi-Fi.3

  1. Downloads over 50MB require a Wi-Fi connection.
  2. AirPlay is compatible with the second-generation Apple TV or later.
