販売条件（お買い上げ商品について）

返品
ご購入いただいた製品にご満足いただけなかった場合、ご購入日から14日以内にその製品の領収証の原本とご購入時の製品パッケージのすべてと共にご返品ください。製品を未開封のままご購入時の箱に入った状態でご返品いただいた場合、交換、またはご購入時のお支払い方法に基づいて返金いたします。クレジットカードまたはローンによるお買い上げの場合は、それぞれクレジットカード会社、ローン会社に返金いたします。25,000円を超える現金の返金の場合には、指定された銀行預金口座への振り込みにてご返金させていただくことがあります。 商品に瑕疵があった場合を除き、再販売のための10パーセントの手数料をお支払いいただくことがあります。 詳細は、ストアのスペシャリストにお尋ねください。以下の事項についてご注意ください：

  • 開封済みソフトウェア、メモリおよびその他のメディアは、同製品との交換のみとし、返品による返金はお受けできません。
  • パーソナライズされたiPodなどを含むカスタマイズ製品は、返品および交換はお受けできません。
  • リースを使用して購入した製品については、リース契約の条件に従うものとし、返品はお受けできません。
  • アップルでは、アップルブランド製品以外の製品については「現状のまま」販売しています。 保証条件につきましては該当する製造メーカーにお問い合わせください。
  • 商品の返品は、購入された国内のみに限ります。
例外として、 アップルブランドのソフトウェアのライセンス条項に同意していただけない場合、コンピュータや他のデバイス上も含めて、ソフトウェアのコピーを保持していないことを条件に14日間の返品期間内であれば返品手数料なしで返品できます。ただし、ライセンス情報がソフトウェア メディアの包装のステッカーや封を開けずに読み取れる場所に記載されている場合は、ソフトウェア メディアの包装のステッカーまたは封が開けられた時点で返品はお受けできません。

ホリデーギフト返品ポリシー
2009年10月31日から 2009年12月24日の間に Apple Store で購入されたギフト商品については、元のレシートがあれば 2010年1月9日まで返品可能とします。 商品が元箱に入った状態で、未開封で、元の包装のまま返品された場合に限り、他の商品との交換または返品が可能です(ギフトラッピングにお支払い頂いた金額をのぞく)。その他標準の販売条件が適用されますが、お客様が法的に有する権利には影響を与えるものではありません。

購入注文
購入注文による購入の場合には、請求書の日付から30日以内に全額お支払いただきます。

保証有効期間の確認
アップル製品保証修理の際には、保証書と同時に本領収書をご提示いただき、保証期間の確認を受けることが必要です。

価格
ご購入日から14日以内にアップルが製品価格の減額を行った場合、アップルブランド製品に限りご請求金額と値下げ後の販売価格との差額の返金を求めることができます。返金を受けるには、値下げ価格の発表から14日以内に領収書の原本をお持ちの上、Apple Store直営店にご来店ください。

輸出に関する通知
アップル製品は、輸出管理法令が適用され、購入、販売、輸出、再輸出、譲渡、使用されなければなりません。

ギフトレシート返品条件
直営店のApple Storeで購入されたギフト商品については、元のギフトレシートがあればご購入から14日以内まで交換できます。 製品を未開封のままご購入時の箱に入った状態でご返品いただいた場合、税金およびその他の手数料を含むギフト購入額と同額分の商品と交換いたします。そのほか上記の標準の販売条件が適用されます。

販売対象
直営店のApple Storeは、購入製品を実際にお使いになるエンドユーザのお客様のみを販売および配送の対象としています。再販目的でのご購入はご遠慮ください。再販の恐れがある場合、アップルはご注文の拒絶、あるいは一旦受注したご注文を取り消す権利を留保します。

iPhone販売条件
iPhoneの購入および使用は、次のURLに記載されている規約に従うものとします： http://www.apple.com/jp/legal/sla/ および http://www.apple.com/jp/legal/warranty/
また、購入により次の条項に明示的に同意するものと見なします。

  • - iPodの機能を含む、iPhoneのすべての機能を有効にするためにソフトバンクの新しい通信サービスプランへの加入が必須となります。iPhoneの通信サービスはソフトバンクによって提供され、ソフトバンクがその義務を有します。
  • - 直営店のApple Storeでは、エンドユーザのお客様のみをiPhone販売の対象としています。iPhoneを再販売目的で購入することはできません。
  • - アップルはいかなる発注についてもその唯一の裁量で、拒否、取り消し、および発注量の制限を行う権利を留保します。アップルでは発注を受諾および処理する前に、付加的な資格を得る情報条件を要求する場合があります。
  • - iPhoneは、直接的、間接的に日本国外に輸出する目的で購入することはできません。
  • - iPhone上のソフトウェアに iPhoneソフトウェア使用許諾契約に違反する不正な改造が施された場合、または不正なソフトウェア改造によりiPhoneが使用できなくなった場合は、保証の適用外となります。
  • - iPhoneは、一人のお客様が購入できるのは2台までとし、現金、クレジットカード、またはソフトバンクの分割払いのいずれかによって購入する必要があります。
  • - iPhoneの返品はソフトバンクとの契約の取り消しが承認された場合のみお受けいたします。

Purchase Policies

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your Apple purchase, return it with the original receipt and original packaging within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase. If the item is returned unopened, in the original box, we will exchange it or offer a refund based only on the original payment method. Purchases made using your credit card or an Apple Instant Loan will be refunded in the form of a credit to your loan account. Apple may provide a refund in the form of a bank transfer to a specified bank account for cash transactions in excess of ¥25,000. Except where prohibited, a 10% restocking fee will apply to any non-defective item that requires Apple to perform rework prior to resale; please ask a Specialist for details. Please note the following:

  • Opened software, memory, and other media can be exchanged for the same item, but cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Custom-configured products, including any personalized iPod, cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Purchases made using a lease are subject to the terms of your lease agreement and cannot be returned.
  • Non-Apple products are sold by Apple “as is.” Consult the manufacturer for warranty terms and conditions.
  • Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
Note that, as an exception, you may return Apple branded software within the 14-day return period, and not be subject to a restocking fee, if you do not agree to the licensing terms, provided you do not retain any copies, including copies stored on a computer or other device. However, if your software includes a license that you can read before you break the seal or sticker on the software media packaging, you may not return the software once you break the software media packaging seal or sticker.

Holiday Return Policy
Items purchased at an Apple Retail Store between October 31, 2009, and December 24, 2009, can be returned with an original receipt or Gift Receipt through January 09, 2010. If the item is returned in the original box, unopened, with the original packaging, we will exchange it or offer you an Apple Gift Card (less the amount paid for gift wrapping). All other standard purchase policies apply and your statutory rights are not affected.

Purchase Orders
Purchases made using a purchase order are subject to “Net 30” terms.

Warranty Period Activation Verification
For repairs of Apple branded product covered by warranty you may be asked to provide the purchase receipt with the warranty card for covered service eligibility confirmation.

Pricing
Should Apple reduce its price on any Apple-branded product within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase, you may request a refund of the difference between the price paid and the current selling price. An original purchase receipt is required, and you must request your refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the price reduction.

Export Notice
Apple products are subject to export control laws and regulations and must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred or used in compliance with such export laws and regulations.

Gift Receipt Return Policy
Gift items purchased at a retail Apple Store can be exchanged with an original Gift Receipt within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase. If the item is returned in the original box, unopened, with the original packaging, we will exchange it equal to the purchase price of the gift, including tax and any other fees. All other standard purchase policies outlined above apply.

Sales to End Users Only
The Apple Store sells and ships products to end user customers only. You may not purchase for resale. Apple reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if Apple suspects you are purchasing for resale.

iPhone Sales Policies
The purchase and use of an iPhone is subject to terms and conditions found at: http://www.apple.com/jp/legal/sla/ and http://www.apple.com/jp/legal/warranty/. In addition, by making this purchase, you expressly acknowledge that:

  • - A new wireless service plan with SoftBank is required to activate all iPhone features, including iPod features. Wireless service for iPhone is solely provided by and is the responsibility of SoftBank.
  • - The Retail Apple Stores sell iPhone for end-user customers only. iPhone may not be purchased for resale.
  • - Apple reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order and to limit order quantity. Apple may require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order.
  • - iPhone may not be purchased for export outside of Japan, either directly or indirectly.
  • - Making unauthorized modifications to the software on an iPhone violates the iPhone software license agreement, and the inability to use iPhone due to unauthorized software modifications is not covered under warranty.
  • - iPhone purchases are limited to 2 iPhones per customer and must be purchased with Cash, Credit Card or through Softbank installment payments.
  • - iPhone returns accepted with confirmed Softbank contract cancellation.
