Every iPhone comes with one year of hardware repair coverage through its limited warranty and 90 days of complimentary tech support. Both AppleCare+ and AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss extend that coverage1 up to two years and give you additional features such as 24/7 tech support and accidental damage coverage.

AppleCare+ for iPhone includes up to two incidents of accidental damage coverage, each subject to the service fees listed below, plus applicable tax. In addition, you’ll get Express Replacement Service2 and 24/7 priority access to Apple experts by chat or phone.3

AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss includes up to two incidents of accidental damage, theft, or loss coverage, each subject to the deductibles listed below. In addition, you’ll get Express Replacement Service2 and 24/7 priority access to Apple experts by chat or phone.3

Theft and loss coverage requires you to have Find My iPhone enabled on your device at the time it is lost or stolen.4

  • Connecting to wireless networks

Purchase either AppleCare+ product with your new iPhone. Or buy it within 60 days of your iPhone purchase:

  • Online (requires you to verify your serial number and run a remote diagnostic)
  • At an Apple Store (inspection of iPhone and proof of purchase are required)
  • Or call (800) 275-2273 (requires you to run a remote diagnostic and provide proof of purchase)
