If you believe a book and/or audiobook available through Apple Books is in violation of your rights, you can use this form to submit a claim to the Apple Books Legal Team. If you are looking for the form to submit a claim for an app available on the App Store, please visit the Apps claims form. If you would like to submit a claim for music, music videos, podcasts, film or tv content, then you may do so at the iTunes claims form.
Content available through Apple Books is provided to Apple by third party content providers. Once you have submitted your dispute using this form, we will contact the provider of the disputed content regarding your claim. In most cases, we will ask that the provider work with you directly to resolve the issue.

The most accurate way to let us know exactly what content you are disputing is to provide a link from Apple Books. If you do not have a link, you can choose the search tab below to find the content at issue. If you choose to use the search option, please note that the country name drop-down menu will allow you to search storefronts throughout the world. It is not necessary to select the same content in multiple countries. On the next page, you will have the ability to specify the country(ies) where you are disputing rights.
